Overheard in E.W.*

[Sitting at the computer in the living room in the middle of the afternoon]

Eldest girl (running into the room): I am a vampire! I just bit you and now you are a vampire, Mom!

Middle girl: Grrrrr! I bit you too! You're a vampire!

Youngest girl (being the mimic as usual): I bite you so you ah a wampiya! Arrrrr!

Eldest girl: We are all vampires!

[Mayhem ensues as the vampires rush around the room, growling. After a few moments the 'vampires' flop onto the couch to catch their breath.]

Middle girl: Hey! You wanna pretend we are piggies now?!
